Ohio Adult Guardianship Education Course Information and Registration The Supreme Court of Ohio announced on March 10, 2015 the adoption of new rules to govern adult guardianships in Ohio. The Advisory Committee on Children and Families of the Supreme Court recommended the adoption of Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio 66.01 through 66.09, which became effective on June 1, 2015.
