We want to inform you of our efforts to maintain the highest quality of service while navigating the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.
As the situation with the coronavirus continues to unfold, we have made the decision to transition most of our staff to working remotely and thus reducing the risk of spread of infections. We continue to monitor both the outbreak and Governor DeWine’s guidance throughout this time.
In-person visits will not occur until further notice. Person-to-person contact by SSAs and Early Intervention staff will occur only by telephone or other remote access. We will maintain this for the next several weeks and carefully monitor the situation to determine how long this practice should be held.
We must continue to base our decisions on the fact that we serve a vulnerable population that requires access to our services and supports. We will do everything in our power to ensure those supports remain intact.
Darke DD continues to be here for you. We will continue to provide and coordinate services. We will continue to focus our resources on supporting the people we serve, families, and providers.
We will keep you informed via e-mail and on social media. If you have any specific questions, contact the Community Services Office at (937) 548-3350. If you have the email of the staff person you wish to reach, please email them. Staff members who are working remotely will be checking their email regularly and will respond in a timely fashion.
