INFORMATIONAL MEETING – DATE CHANGE

The informational meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2015, has been RESCHEDULED for Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at 6:30 pm – Wayne Industries Facility.

This meeting is an opportunity to ‘meet and greet’ Darke County’s newest adult day and transportation service provider PERSON CENTERED SERVICES, INC. (PCS).

PCS will be sharing their agency philosophy and service structure.  PCS will begin operations in Darke County at the Wayne Industries Facility on January 1, 2016.

There will be time for questions and answers.

The ‘meet and greet’ will be focused on interacting with family members and guardians of individuals served by the Darke County Board of DD.
