BECOME A SERVICE PROVIDER
At Darke DD, we are deeply committed to the idea that our providers are the foundation upon which our entire service model is built; they are the heartbeat of what we do. Each day, our providers are on the front lines, working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to ensure they receive the care, support, and attention they deserve. Their role is pivotal, and without them, the entire system would falter, unable to meet the needs of individuals served.
We go to great lengths to support providers in every way possible. From ongoing training and education to providing access to resources, technology, and support networks, we ensure that our providers have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.
At Darke DD, our mission goes beyond simply managing care; we are dedicated to empowering and equipping our providers to be the best they can be. Their success is our success, and we are committed to fostering an environment where both they and the individuals they serve can thrive.
Darke DD has formed a valuable partnership with the WestCON COG (West Central Ohio Network Council of Governments) to provide enhanced support to both current providers and individuals interested in becoming providers, also called Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This collaboration is designed to assist with a wide range of services that ensure individuals and organizations meet the necessary requirements and maintain high standards of care.
Through this partnership, providers have access to assistance with Ohio certification and re-certification, required training, billing support, documentation support, provider compliance and more. This partnership is a crucial resource for new or seasoned providers to ensure outstanding services. The support structure is designed to help individuals meet the demands of certification while promoting continuous learning and quality care.
